Secure Online Payments (SSL Technology)

Our priority is to protect your order and contact information. The Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology that we use encrypts your information and sends the encrypted code to security services provider that validates your contact and credit card information. Afterwards, the encrypted credit card information gets transferred directly to the credit card processor. We never store or see your credit card information which is done for your safety.

Yes! We accept purchase orders from universities schools, government, military institutions and corporate accounts (subject to approval by GA International).

Simply select items into your cart and indicate your P.O.# on the checkout. We will ship your order. The invoice will be e-mailed for payment within 30 days. If preferred, you can e-mail your P.O # to info@ga-international.com or fax to 1-800-518-0365 (USA/CANADA) / 1-450-973-6373 (INTERNATIONAL)

Additional charges for local taxes and fees, duties, customs brokerage and clearance that may be applicable for the shipments outside Europe are not covered by GA International Inc.



All GA International products (except software & hardware - see below) have a full satisfaction guarantee for 90 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 90 days for a full refund or replacement. All labels, tapes, and ribbons have a 12-month guarantee. For other products, please contact us for warranty details.

A 10% restocking fee is applicable for returns not related to the performance or the quality of our products.

We offer a 30-day trial version of any software, which can be downloaded free of charge for evaluation purposes. We do not accept returns oroffer refunds on software or hardware that have been opened.

Prior to returning the product, please contact us by phone, fax, e-mail or through our "contact us" page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by GA International Inc.
