From -196ºC to +150ºC

Please note that WTT-Class labels have been replaced by CATT-Class labels which have the same cryogenic and autoclave resistance, as well as the same printout quality properties.

Wrap-around cryogenic labels for secure identification of microtubes (Eppendorf), cryovials and cryotubes. These self-laminating cryo labels are ideal for short and long-term storage in laboratory freezers (-20ºC, -40ºC, -80ºC, -120ºC), liquid phase and vapour phase liquid nitrogen (-196ºC) or transportation in dry ice (-78ºC). The clear laminate wraps-around the tube and is applied over the printed area of the label, protecting it against chemical exposure to alcohols, bleach and detergents as well as smudging, scratches and abrasion. This helps ensure that the printed information, 1D or 2D barcodes remain perfectly legible and scannable.

Moreover, these wrap-around labels are suitable for use on small diameter containers that will undergo either autoclave, gas sterilization (759 mg/L for 1 hour at 55^oC, and 40-80% relative humidity) or dry heat sterilization, capable of withstanding temperatures as high as +150ºC, and even boiling water (+100ºC).

The labels can be printed with all major thermal transfer barcode printer brands (CAB, Zebra, Datamax O’Neil, Cognitive, Sato, Printronix, and others) or written on using our permanent cryo markers. Available in a variety of sizes, colours and configurations, on 1” and 3” cores, these self-laminating cryogenic labels can be custom-tailored to specific containers and applications on demand.
